Convenient location but difficult access. Room was clean and had balcony, shower with good water pressure and they kept our bags securely after check out so we could walk around town.

It is a Best Western, so you know what you get. Location was very convenient, since you are in the historic downtown, very close to the port. Room was on a small size for 4 people, but this is Italy, and usually rooms are not that big. Room had a very charming marble balcony. Breakfast was good enough, and staff was nice and helpful.

The location was number one. It was a 3minute walk to the seaside, yet located right within walking distance to all the main attractions and plenty of food options. The room was clean, the staff were great, and there was enough space to move around.

Location was perfect, although hard to find the first time. Parking was conveniently located.

Very clean, great location and walking distance to the train station. Room was small but we were comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and there were a variety of things to choose from. Dining staff were nice and friendly.

A handy location close to the port and an easy walk plenty of Genoa’s sites, like the Galata maritime museum, palazzi on Via Garibaldi and the main shopping strip on Via Xx Settembre. The room was clean and spacious. Mini bar, kettle, tea & coffee. The bed and pillows were comfy. Breakfast was pretty good. A few cereals, scrambled eggs and bacon, cold meats and cheese and of course, proper Italian breakfast of cornetti, tarts, and other dulce. The cornetti were fabulous.

The hotel met all our expectations for one night stay. We had two rooms facing narrow inner street and it was quiet, we were able to sleep by open window. Hotel is close to the port and aquarium and old town. Rooms comfortable. We had to leave early for train and they offered to prepare takeaway breakfast boxes which was a nice surprise and very handy.

The location was a stonethrow to the harbour.

Very central...friendly staff and the room was clean and comfortable. I found the breakfast very satisfying

the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was nice, the staff were very helpful and they also called a taxi for me when in was leaving.
